Established in 2006, the center provides a bridge between the provincial government and the flower industry. By running diverse events, conducting training, testing new flower species, introducing and promoting new technologies, showcasing flowers, generating statistics and promoting the floral industry, the center provides comprehensive, multi-level support for Yunnan’s flower trade.

The Center has conducted over 500 training sessions on various subjects. Every year, it trains over 2,000 workers in the flower industry. The trainings cover a broad range of topics, including planting skills, pest prevention and control, and post-harvest processing.
